Payment

We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal.


Security

You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


Sales Tax

As a resident of either New York State or New Jersey State you are obliged to pay sales tax after the respective state tax law. Sales Tax will be added at checkout and deducted automatically based on your address.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.


Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund. The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. The customer is obliged to pay for the shipping.

If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or color you have 30 days from the day you received the product to exchange the item. We will then send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Once your return/exchange request is approved, please send back the merchandise in the same conditions as when it was delivered. All returned/exchanged goods must be placed inside the branded poly bag. Merchandise returned without poly bags will automatically be rejected and returned back to the shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for goods that have been worn, altered or damaged while in transit.

Complaints & Faulty Delivered Goods

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equivalent to the cost of UPS Ground. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.


Shipping

All orders are shipped during courier's business hours, and will be processed and shipped on the same day if order is placed before 1:00pm Eastern Time. We ship to all states within the continental United States.

You can follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. Track and chase will be forwarded to the e-mail received at order placement.

Please note that we are not responsible for merchandise being delayed due to severe weather conditions.
