Competition Terms
RAINS ApS, Ib Spang Olsens Gade 12, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark, organize all competitions. Competitions on social media are not associated with or sponsored by any social media platform.
The following terms and conditions are agreed to when participating in competitions. Failure to accept terms and conditions withdraws a participant from the competition.
Rains “Golden City” - Instagram Competition
1. Promoter
The competition is organised by Rains ApS.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Rains ApS are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To participate, users must comment their guess of the “golden city” shown in the word search on the designated Instagram post.
4. Entry Period
The competition opens on April 21st at 20:00 CEST and closes 48 hours later.
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries with the correct answer.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message on April 24th at 09:00 CEST. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Rains reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) Rains Travel Case pre-packed with essentials with a total minimum value of 360 USD.
The contents of the prize are determined by Rains and cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or other alternatives.
8. General Conditions
Rains reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rains is not responsible for any technical issues, incomplete entries, or failures of any kind that may affect participation.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.
Travel Word Puzzle - Store Competition
The competition runs from April 22 to May 17, 2026.
Winners are notified immediately upon participation.
To participate, you must sign up for Rains email marketing via the competition form.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your participation in the competition when you sign up.
You can always unsubscribe from the email list via the link at the bottom of emails from Rains. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also forfeit your participation in the competition.
The main prize is a travel set including a suitcase and three smaller travel items, with a total minimum value of 360 USD. One winner per store will be selected at random.
All non-winning participants receive a 10% discount as a consolation prize. The discount must be redeemed in-store or online before May 31, 2026.
Antwerp, CPH and Oslo scratch game - Poster
The competition runs from April 22 to June 20, 2026.
Winners are notified immediately upon participation.
To participate, you must sign up for Rains email marketing via the competition form.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your participation in the competition when you sign up.
You can always unsubscribe from the email list via the link at the bottom of emails from Rains. Please note that by unsubscribing, you will also forfeit your participation in the competition.
The main prize is a Wash Bag Small in a random color. All non-winning participants receive a 10% in-store discount as a consolation prize. To redeem the discount, participants must present the prize email in-store. Both prizes must be redeemed in the local store before June 20, 2026.

The competition runs from April 8 to May 31, 2026.
One winner will be selected at random on June 1, 2026, from all valid entries.

The competition runs continuously.

A winner is drawn on the first workday of each month from all valid entries received by signing up to e-mail marketing during the previous month.
Each entry is only eligible for the draw in the month of registration and does not carry over to subsequent months.
The prize is a voucher worth 700 USD to be used on rains.com.

By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms:
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in physical stores.
Terms and conditions (General)
The following general terms apply to all competitions organized by Rains ApS, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual competition description above.
Competition participants must be 18 or older. RAINS employees cannot participate in any RAINS competition.
The competition announcement will state the action(s) required to enter the competition, the prize, closing date and when the winner(s) will be drawn.
All participants must have completed the action(s) required to enter the competition before the stated closing date.
RAINS will randomly draw the winner(s), from all participants, by the stated draw date.
The winner(s) will be contacted directly via email. If a winner does not reply to RAINS within 14 days, a replacement winner will be randomly drawn.
The prize will be send to the winner(s) after agreement. The delivery cost are covered by RAINS.
If the competition states that you can choose a style or color of your own choice, the selected style must be available and in stock,

All personal information received in regard to this competition is treated confidentially within Rains. Rains is compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
